Ήταν μεγάλα δωμάτια και η οικογένεια ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή, όλοι ευγενέστατοι, μας καλοδέχτηκαν με ένα κέρασμα και ήταν όλα τέλεια! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπηγαινα! Αν πάτε μην ξεχάσετε να δείτε τη λίμνη μέσα στη μέρα!

Que dire sur cette expérience plus qu’exceptionnelle.. une rencontre avec une famille sri lankaise très généreuse, qui des votre arrivée vous fait sentir comme à la maison. Nous devions y passer 2 nuits et nous y sommes restés 2 de plus. C’était le meilleur moment de notre séjour au Sri Lanka, nous espérons revenir bientôt. Des hôtes qui deviennent des amis ! Rasoon vous permet de faire plusieurs balades autour de la propriété pendant lesquelles vous pouvez apercevoir des buffles, des crocodiles, des pans, des singes, des éléphants..
Au niveau du confort des chambres c’était parfait, literie, climatisation, propreté impeccable.
La nourriture était délicieuse, que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le soir, tout est préparé par Udar un jeune chef qui vous régalera. Mali sera également là pour vous servir et il sera aux petits soins.
Si vous avez de la chance, vous rencontrerez comme nous d’autres voyageurs au sein de yala Vista. Des soirées, des rencontres, des rires et des échanges.
Nous avons également réalisé un safari organisé par Rasoon avec le génial Kamesh et son petit frère isuru, le meilleur chauffeur du safari yala, cela fait 20 ans qu’il fait ça. Alors certes une conduite sportive mais qui est nécessaire afin d’être au meilleur point de vue pour observer les animaux !
Nous conseillons ce logement à toutes les personnes en quête d’une expérience authentique, de rencontres et de nature. Un séjour dont vous vous souviendrez toute votre vie.

The hosts were helpful, and the place was beautiful and perfectly located in the jungle. Food was amazing.
However, when booking your safari, make sure to specifically request a careful and considerate driver. The one we had was a nightmare. We were traveling as a family with two young children (8 months and 2 years old), and my mother-in-law has a knee problem, so we really needed someone to drive cautiously.
Unfortunately, the driver was chewing betel leaf/tobacco throughout the trip, constantly opening the door to spit every couple of minutes. He also drove far too fast over rough terrain and showed little regard for our comfort or safety, which made the experience very stressful.

Room was a decent size and was clean. The bed was comfortable. The host, Rasun, and his family were extremely welcoming and friendly. His young daughter took us to explore the garden and show us the sleeping birds, lizards and frogs. Rasun took us for a wildlife walk around the property after we arrived, and it was clear how passionate he feels about his job and the place he lives. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. He was extremely helpful when our driver got lost and was up bright and early to guide the safari driver to the correct location to pick us up. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to leave, in fact he even told us to use the room for as long as we needed to, before bringing us a cup of tea and water.
There's nothing we didn't like about this property or our stay here.
