The room that I receipt was very spacious for the rent I paid and thank goodness for good weather for the bathroom outside, yes the advertisement stated a detached room.
My check in I mellowed myself in the situation of then knowing that the bus stop was just a few minutes walk away and the transportation is at reach.
I assumed that the other occupants had their own facilities inside the property but no, the obvious we have to share the one and only bathroom outside from my detached room.

Location was very central to where I was going to be for the duration of my trip
The property needed some maintenance - the laws were overgrown and in bad need of mowing and edging, along with basic gardening to tidy up the section, there was no toilet paper in 1 of the 3 days which was the toilet closest to the unit i was in, the toilet was also in needed of a very good clean and the extractor fan didn't work, the cloths line in the backyard was broken, there were cloths and a broken suitcase in a pile up against the fence, the weird roller gate near the garage/detached unit was broken and rattled in the wind loudly, the "detached" unit was not a "detracted unit" it was an old garage in the back corner of the section which had been converted inside... it would have been good to have simple mini fridge out in this unit given its proximity to the house.
