W pobliżu bogato wyposażony sklep osiedlowy, czynny również w soboty i niedziele, blisko do przystanku tramwajowego i metra. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami.
Dostępny tylko 1 komplet kluczy, co przy 4 osobach dorosłych było kłopotliwe.
