Staff very nice, helped me find a place to wash&dry clothes. Room was value for money, so spacious with Netflix and the room was extremely clean. Deluxe room was 100% worth the money, noticeably cheaper than Seoul prices. Location was less than 5 minutes from exit 10 of Seomyeon station.
No washer or dryer, but not a problem with such friendly staff for recommendations.
