房間很大，兩個行李箱打開還能走路，浴室也很大，還有浴缸。

Amazing customer service from all of the staff. They always greeted everyone no matter the time with a smile and definitely made my stay in Busan so memorable and special. Highly recommend for anyone and special thankyou to Mr Lee and Vicky for helping me throughout my stay with their high level of professionalism and customer service

Haben ein Upgrade bekommen: Das Zimmer war groß und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ein Schrank, der die Kleidung „auffrischt“ ist auch vorhanden - sehr praktisch, ein riesiger Fernseher und ein sympathischer Rezeptionist, der etwas deutsch spricht. Wir würden wiederkommen!
Drei kleinere Punkte:
- Die Lage könnte besser sein. Man ist etwas zwischen allem, was aber in Busan wohl ein generelles Problem ist.
- Das Mückengitter war so verschmutzt, dass kaum Luft hindurch kam.
- Das Plastiklaken auf dem Bett war sehr unangenehm, daher kurzerhand entfernt - dann war es top.

Le personnel était super. Ils ont été très gentils et toujours prêts à aider. Nous avons apprécié leur accueil et leur travail.
J’ai apprécié l’armoire intelligente pour stériliser et sécher les vêtements.
L’emplacement est très bien, il y a le bus et le métro tout proche. Le quartier est calme.
Le lit n’était pas confortable. Il y a une fourre plastique sous le draps housse et c’est très désagréable pour dormir, car vous transpirez et surtout dès que vous vous tournez, il y a du bruit de plastique constamment.
La chambre ne pouvait pas être dans une obscurité totale pour dormir. Elle restait lumineuse.
