I loved the homey feel, the music playing, and night light when we arrived in our room.
No sign to say that that air con and tv remote were the same remotes. Hard to find a staff that could speak English to help us when we were locked out of our room. (we managed to figure out the door lock)

Loved the location. It was close to Busanjin train station and bus stops. The neighborhood was great with various restaurants and shops close by.
The price was great considering many hotels were overpriced due to the BTS concerts at the time.
Our room was comfy and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.
We had trouble on the first night getting the room door to open, but kept trying. Eventually it worked. We decided it wasn't closed properly so the locking mechanism was jamming.

Está bien situado y la habitación era cómoda y amplia. Limpieza bien. Sí tiene internet wifi y funciona bien, no sé por qué pone en la web de Booking que no hay.
Falta de comunicación con el personal. No hay absolutamente nadie si surge algún problema y lo peor es que desatienden los mensajes a través de Booking y de email. Tardaron 24h en contestar a un problema que tuvimos con el AC (resulta que iba con el mismo mando de la TV en coreano y no con el termostato de la pared).
Lo del desayuno incluido es mentira: tienen una cocinita con maquina de café y una nevera con leche. El primer día había dos rebanadas de pan de molde para todos los huéspedes y luego se acabaron ya no había nada más. Además había una gotera en el techo de la cocina durante los días que estuvimos.
