The location is very convenient, close to the subway. Spacious and quiet room with a view.
Breakfast is rather basic, but ok for the price. Friendly lady at the desk, but a grumpy man.

The staff was friendly, the room was very spacious, tidy and clean. Locations was great. The wifi worked well. I was allowed early check-in and given access to do my laundry for free.

The hotel is very well located in Seomyeon. It is within walking distance of the metro and the livelier parts of the neighbourhood, while being just far enough away to avoid most of the nightlife noise. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, and it was possible to leave luggage at the hotel. The rooms were also well insulated from noise coming from neighbouring rooms. Washing machines and dryers were available for a very reasonable price. Overall, the location and price were particularly good for the dates of my stay.
The rooms showed quite a lot of wear, with old furniture, damaged areas and some doors that did not close properly. Cleanliness could also be improved, as I found accumulated dust and a duvet with visible mould, although it was replaced quickly. The breakfast was very basic, and noise from the corridor and outside could be heard clearly.
