The hotel is very well located and well connected to all areas of Busan. The main attractions are easily accessible by metro or taxi. The gym and indoor swimming pool made a real difference compared with other hotels, especially if you want to keep up with your training routine while traveling. The hotel staff was excellent and always willing to help and resolve any issues.

everything was perfect as you would expect from the Lotte chain
We found it challenging (everyday) to find the hotel entrance from the department store linkage. More signage would be helpful.

The area has lots of restaurants
Old outdated hotel with some broken stuff
Wifi in the room didnt work
Bathtub broken
But they fixed it right away
— doorman with the glasses should know how to treat customers — alwsys starring with us the group with kids and not offering help
