Perfect location - 5 mins from beach and beach bar / cafes, just off lovely Kemp Town High St, Budgens on corner for essentials. Great size for a large group, comfortable beds, powerful showers.
Pretty clean but could have been cleaner - no soaps in bathrooms, bins hadn’t been washed out, dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. Bathrooms in property meant a bit of inconvenience for a couple of the bedrooms. Coffee machine didn’t work.

Excellent location. 4 lovely double rooms. Lots of wine glasses! Be prepared to get automated messages from the host, reminding you of your check out time.
Lots of very steep stairs with shallow treads. The electricity tripping out over night meant phones did not get charged. A message from the host to check the fuse box seemed like a minimal response.
