This is a truly exceptional place to stay. Our host met us on arrival, was kind and friendly and took the time to show us around the apartment, even letting us know about how to work the coffee machine and the numbers of English-speaking TV channels. We were also very grateful for the maps and free transport tickets she provided.
The apartment is simply beautiful and incredibly well-appointed. The furniture is of high quality, with everything very comfortable, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout. We really appreciated the fun vintage drinking glasses and the wide range of fruit teas available for us, plus the superb coffee machine!
It was an easy and pleasant walk to get the 6 bus into the city centre and the location of the apartment was a real treat: gorgeous surroundings, rural peace and a stunning mountain view, yet so close to the city centre. Plus, how often is it possible to stay in a home-from-home with a tower?!
We couldn't recommend Residenz Rosina more and are very grateful to the wonderful host for a fabulous stay.

The apartment is huge, super clean and has everything you need. Aurika was very nice and welcomed us and explained everything. She even took care if our laundry.
The place itself is far from the center city and this was what we wanted, to avoid noise and easy parking
Only one toilet.

Spacious, updated apartment in a very nice residential area just outside of Salzburg city center. The proprietor is very sweet and helpful. Building has an elevator.

Le logement très spacieux, neuf, parfaitement équipé, sa localisation au calme dans un très beau quartier résidentiel très vert proche de la vieille ville. L’accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, son aimabilité et serviabilité.
