BBQ Grill
We rent grill from equipment rental company. It's delivered to the home with full propane.
Three burners Grill is $85/week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day.
Four burners Grill is $105/week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day.
Please let us know which type of grill you would like to reserve.
- Early check-in/late check-out (depends on availability) is $45/hr

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is provided for your initial convenience only.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper, and salt will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages.
