This beautiful 3rd floor beachfront condo in the Mariner West complex is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.
This condo has 2 queen sized beds in master and a flat screen TV. The full attached bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower. The living room has comfy furniture with sleeper sofa, love seat and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and full size cooking appliances.
This condo sleeps 6 maximum. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, large and small to include a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. Condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets. Sand toys, etc. are available to use. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Grocery stores and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!

The condo was clean and comfortable, with easy access to a pool and the beach. We often stay in these condo buildings when diving in PCB.

This condo was really nice, kitchen well equipped, comfy beds, quiet location on the west end of PCB. The floors felt a bit grainy, not very clean, both TVs just had xfinity box, terrible picture quality. Wifi was very spotty and went down from time to time. And in the pictures was not clear the location of the laundry. It's not inside the unit, it was across the front door in a separate room. Not a deal breaker but be aware. Overall a nice stay.

I've stayed at this property over the years and really enjoy Mariner West. The first issue we had at the hotel was the code to get into the room was incorrect. I tried to call the # listed and only got a voice mail. I text back to communicate we were having issues getting into the room on Saturday and then also left a voice mail. A bit later I got a text with the correct code to get into the room. The 2nd issue we had was the only elevator was out of service when we checked in and wasn't operational until Tuesday. Being on the 3rd floor it was a burden to get everything to the room. This also mean that I wouldn't be able to store my beach cart/chairs/umbrellas on the room patio since I would have had to carry them every day. I had to reach back out again to ask for the code to get access to the washer/dryer room outside our unit. A little nit picky on this but there was only one garbage bag for a 5 night stay - we had to go out and source our own - seems like 2-3 should be provided as we've had in past stays.
