The general layout: The L-shaped couch provides plenty of space for lounging among friends/family and enjoying movie nights. The bedroom, kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom are designed to maximize the space with everything you need.
The facilities: Complimentary snacks on the dining table were a nice welcome. Controlled air conditioning and heating allows a cozy time regardless of season, and the windows all have sliding blinds that can allow light to pass through or blackout the room. Shower head provided a few options and the complimentary product was quite nice; towels were fluffy and effective. The kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook or bake, including a bread pan. Washer/dryer and dishwasher for cleaning whatever you need. The hot tub was very nice and easy to get started, with a long table to enjoy some communal fun.
Cleanliness: Everything was spotless when we got there, put away in its rightful place and neatly laid out for our use. I was pleasantly surprised by how prepared it all felt for us to naturally settle in.
Lighting: The ambience was remarkably cozy. Daytime provides plenty of natural lighting through the windows. The fan has such a unique look to it. The built-in light of the fan provides a dimmer for whatever mood you'd like to set later in the day, or if you simply like low-lighting in your spaces. The bathroom also has separate lighting for the shower, sink and doorway, providing just enough illumination for what you need.
Communication+Accomodations: Sarah was always attentive with responding to my messages within the same day, and often within the same hour. Provided an extra rollout bed for a friend so we were comfortable sleeping separately, and small water bottles were provided in the fridge for our arrival. All in all, would definitely recommend this place.
Anything mentioned here was not communicated during the stay, as it was unnecessary to be addressed right away during my trip while I went anout my business.
Bathroom: The shower has an inclined tile floor to drain quickly, but provides no non-slip coverage. This made it awkward to wash without concern of falling, which I almost did at one time. The drying mat walking out of the shower didn't seem to have a strong non-slip bottom, allowing it to slide if moving too quickly. No default provisions were offered (that I saw) for dental hygiene so be sure to bring your own.
Washer: The washer has a slim barrel and provides two complimentary pods. While I only used one myself, those intending to stay long, be at the property often or make regular use of the hot tub should expect to bring their own detergent. (Or ask, I didn't)
Dryer: No sterilize option if you *need* your things particularly clean or have "just in case" concerns. Otherwise does well at drying most things within the hour.
Blankets: There didn't seem to be a blanket provided by default for the foldout couch bed, aside from a white sheet. Good for warm seasons, not so much for cooler ones. Plenty of extra pillows though.
Towels: There were enough for a single set of 4 people to use once, requiring you to be mindful of how you used them; either for shower or hot tub. There also only seemed to be a single wash cloth. Otherwise you'd be required to use the complimentary cleaning product to wash the towels even on a short stay, leaving you to provide your own for your clothes. Would be good as-is for 2 people or less in any situation.
Accessibility: If you have any need for a walker, roller, wheelchair, etc, this specific stay and some others here won't work for you. There are sturdy metal gates that shut quickly both entering the property and the stairs, and the only way to this booking is up a flight of about 20 stairs (didn't count). Look at 1-5 for the ground floor.
