It is a medium sized two-bedroom apartment. The apartment described is number 53 on the seventh floor. The apartment is new and modern in a new building. It is a few meters off Edgware Road. It has one master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub with shower. There are two cupboards in the room with two bedside tables with two drawers in each. The other bedroom is a little smaller and has one double and one single bed. This room has one cupboard and two bedside tables. There is another bathroom with a glass-partitioned shower. Water pressure is moderate. There is a corridor from the main entrance leading to a living room with L-shaped sofa and one single sofa chair. There is also a writing desk with drawers and a chair. There is an open kitchen in this area with a four-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery, there is an electric stove and a microwave, there is also a toaster, electric kettle and an espresso machine with coffee capsules. There are also various cooking items. The apartment also has various cleaning materials. There are even a number of umbrellas for rainy days. There is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a balcony with two chairs and a table. The TV has a big variety of live TV and some streaming channels. There is also a play station with some games. Wi-Fi is very good. Access to the building is by a key chip. There is a small lobby with a seating area. There are two entrances, each with one lift. The road nearby is full of supermarkets, restaurants and shops. There are bus stops a few meters away. Four metro lines from Edgware Road Underground station is also within a short walk. We were greeted by Mr. Kareem who was kind enough to meet us in front of the building and give us a helpful tour of the apartment. The apartment is excellent for a small family with easy access to what London has to offer.
Nothing major. Just a few recommendations to enhance the stay. A couple of towel hooks in the bathrooms near the shower would be very useful. The curtains in the rooms need some repair. The building has no reception, may be a problem during emergencies. But not a big deal.

It was very useful that the property provided a WhatsApp contact for the ease of communication. The designated person for the WhatsApp communication was very responsive and helpful. He helped to resolve any concerns we had promptly and seamlessly. Also we requested for a late check-out and the host was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you and we had wonderful stay.

We were only 3 People and there wire 3 sets of knife, forks and spoons. This was just enough. Some more would be better. But that is the only small improvement I could recommend.

We were very impressed and felt truly at home during our stay at this accommodation. The unit is modern, clean, and in an excellent location — very close to bus stops, tube, halal restaurants, and grocery stores that sell halal meat. The neighborhoods is peaceful and tidy, and we were greeted every morning by the sound of birds chirping, which added a relaxing touch.
The facilities were very complete and thoughtfully catered to the needs of a Muslim family. The kitchen was equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and basic seasonings. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, and a coffee maker were also provided.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a bidet, hot and cold water, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. The air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer worked perfectly. There was also a high-quality iron and ironing board, an extra folding bed, and prayer mat (sajadah). The TV worked well, and access to the unit was smooth and easy.
We truly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of our host, Kareem. He explained everything clearly and was very friendly. He even allowed us to extend our check-out time due to certain circumstances. His hospitality was outstanding — we really felt that guest comfort was a top priority.
There was nothing we disliked. As a small suggestion, adding sheer curtains (vitrage) behind the existing blackout curtains in the bedrooms might help reduce glare during the day while still maintaining privacy.
