Room was fine.

Poor reception and lack of service to gain entrance to the building and room. Host was not present and never came to help. An apartment dweller stayed with me for a half hour helping me gain access to the building. For the last three days I could not get into the building. I had to wait for a tenant to let me in. VERY frustrating!!!! Very POOR service. Corrections need to be made before future renters arrive.

The hot water for the shower was too hot and I couldn’t get it cooler to be comfortable.

As others have also commented, I had 2 major complaints related to this place: 1. calling it a "one-bedroom apartment" is a stretch, there if no bedroom completely separated from the rest of the living space (see pics for a better understanding) 2. the cleaning was severely lacking and the dirt looked as if it was quite old = not cleaned in a long time. Kitchen facilities unusable due to this; we avoided contact with all other surfaces as much as practicable. Basically we were only able to use the place to sleep, cooking was out of question. It also looks like someone is living there on a daily/regular basis, and it is only vacated for tourists when booked (e.g. used razors and personal hygiene products tucked away, but not quite). Upon arrival, I asked the property and booking.com to reaccommodate us and issue a full refund - the property refused, despite all evidence, and booking.com was of no real support. The property offered a compensation of about 10%, which I deem insufficient for the inconvenience and additional costs. Would not recommend Will not book again.

Good location, however the apartment was very disappointing

location close to tram, host allowed us to check in an hour early.

Apartment was misrepresented. The building was under remodeling, and the hallways were very dirty. The balcony, which was a feature we were looking forward to, was covered in scaffolding and completely unusable. The sofa was dirty and there was no additional sheets and pillows provided to set it up as an additional sleeping space, as was advertised. The TV was unusable unless you had your own apps, such as Netflix. Overall this was not a successful stay

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, blisko centrum ale nadal na tyle daleko, żeby odpocząć. Czysto, dostępne wszelkie udogodnienia: świeże ręczniki, pachnąca pościel, zmywarka. Łatwe zameldowanie z poziomu aplikacji. Duży balkon. Wspaniałe, choć niewielkie, miejsce dla pary, ale nawet w czwórkę dorosłych wygodnie spędziliśmy tu noc :-)

Remont elewacji zasłonił siatką widok na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, ale to problem przejściowy. Brak w bezpośredniej okolicy parkingu rowerów miejskich. Dwa w odległości max. 10 min piechotą - to nawet nie minus, aplikacja wspaniale wskazuje zarówno dostępność pojazdów jak i mejsc parkingowych.

Nice place in a cozy area. Pizza and bakery place downstairs is great.

Towels need to be properly washed or changed and sheets also could be better.
