Excellent location, close to tourist interest areas, restaurants and shops

This apartment was in an excellent location - really close to Hollywood boulevard. The place was clean and had good facilities. There were restaurants very close by and a grocery store.

Unfortunately there was no wifi for most of the time we were staying there, but this was fixed on our last day.

Zero recommendation

Good location

The actual situation doesn’t match the description. There are only three beds in total when we arrive but the list mentioned 6 beds. There are five of us together so it is obviously not enough for us to sleep. We arrived at about 11PM and found out the beds are not enough, we tried to call the agent but got no response until next day. They say that they can only provide two more rollaway beds for us,but they even didn’t . It is definitely not reasonable for the landlord to put the 5 beds on the description because it is huge difference between the single bed and the rollaway beds. What’s more, when we tried to contact with the landlord after the terrible night that we have been through, they still even unwillingly to help us to solve the problem and ghosted every time after I sent the massage. They even asked me to be more patience, that’s crazy, no one can calm down after such an awful experience. By the way, when we got into the room, it smelled really bad, and a lot of equipments were broken, you can’t turn on the light in one of the bedroom and the door to the balcony can’t be closed. In a word, it was the worst experience that I ever had in the USA. Everything is perishing here.

This apartment was in an excellent location - really close to Hollywood boulevard. The place was clean and had good facilities. There were restaurants very close by and a grocery store.
