-La comodidad de la habitación.
- Las camas eran cómodas y confortables.
- El baño tenía una dimensión correcta y era completo.
- La climatización de la habitación era perfecta.
- Buena iluminación en la habitación y baño.
- Espacios comunes muy grandes, útiles y cómodos.
- Cocina y heladeras muy completas, útiles y de grandes dimensiones.
- Game room en el ático súper cómodo, con un gran TV y con espacio con 4 escritorios con sillas lindos y modos.
- Cerca del parque Balboa y de negocios y restaurantes.
-En la ducha no salía mucho caudal de agua por lo que debías estar más tiempo del habitual para sacarse el jabón.
- La ubicación no es cerca al centro.

Workspace was spacious, good light, wifi never dropped. Ended up co-working with other members most days, making the work part of the way less lonely. The instructions to check in were clear, and the room was as in the pictures.

Location was great and the Community Manager was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The location’s nice - a little outside downtown so quiet, but walkable and close to Balboa Park and some good restaurants. The bed is comfortable, and there’s good quality coffee beans on supply.
The shower pressure was really bad; not only was it hard to rinse off, but changing the temps took forever (both cold to hot and hot back to cold).
