The staff were wonderful, welcoming and just lovely. They were super helpful and a definite highlight of staying here. The communal kitchen is a nice facility to have.
The bed was well used and lacked structural integrity in places. The doors were a bit finicky and definitely have a knack to them. Make sure you try the keys whilst the host is with you as this was a source of anxiety BUT the host did come running to help us when we were in difficulty. We were next to the communal kitchen and some other guests were quite loud late at night and early in the morning. They could remove the unnecessarily ginormous mirrored wardrobe which would give a lot more room in the bedroom.
