The location was awesome & you can see the ocean from the balcony & hear it at night. Super easy access to get on the beach it’s literally right across the street. It also comes pretty equipped with everything you would need from beach stuff to house & bath items. Very accommodating.
There are a few roof leaks in the kitchen, living room, & in the kids room, and the lights do not work in the kitchen. The only working lights in the kitchen are under the cabinets.

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, and the theme was amazing. My kids were so excited as soon as they seen the outside and screamed with joy when we went inside. Loved that it had multiple doors to go outside so I could just stand outside without waking the kids. If you are looking for a budget place that is super cool, memorable and clean this is it. Has a washer, dryer and tons of extra beach stuff.
We ended up being there when the first band of rain came in from tropical storm Bertha and like other reviews stated the house leaked. Bad. We used so many towels to catch it. Management is not very communicative. I had to message the day of to figure out how to get in and didn’t receive a timely response but they could have had a number of personal things which I get. I messaged to let them know just how bad the house was leaking water and never received a response about it. Just wish communication would have been better. The deck does need a lot of work. There is some really soft spots in the wood and railing that isn’t nailed in. I wouldn’t let a toddler on it for sure just to be safe.

The Location was walking distance to the beach which was perfect. And i loved the out of space theme. Perfect for the kiddos! I was also pleased with all the access we had in the house we literally was able to use and do whatever we needed to do they provided a-lot things we needed throughout the stay, bikes for bike riding , beach toys for the kids, tents, beach chairs, pots, etc.
I think its really nice property but it needs some TLC. It needs some work. Several leaks in the roof when it rains. The outside needs to be repainted and updated. And there’s a few things in the interior that needs some updates. Overall its a cool house tho they really focus on the space theme all through the house it really gives the kids a spaceship feel. I would have to say i would definitely rent again in the future. Hopefully the things that needs fixing gets fixed! 🙏🏾🤞🏾
