Absolutely spotless! The property was very appointed and comfortable.
Just needs some extras such as brush and pan or vacuum cleaner for guests to be able to spot clean

Good parking, well appointed and comfortable in a quiet location.
Being a downstairs apartment there was a lot of noise transfer from the upstairs, made worse by the tenants (who appeared to be long term) who spent much of the night screaming at each other. This was really bad!

2 bedrooms. Clean.
The accommodation is the bottom of someone’s house, living area is a converted garage and still the laundry, no proper cooking facilities, no noise insulation, so very loud voices and stomping around from upstairs. Listing says lake view, the view from the bedrooms is mostly road with a tiny peek of the lake.
