Location and space

No hot water, could not have a hot shower after long day travel Electricity issues No access to Netflix as promised

Lovely place

Great location, spacious rooms, full kitchen, heat pump in main living area, looked like photos. I would happily stay again.

Could do with a couple of extra blankets in bedrooms, as it was cold for us coming from further up north. Perhaps salt & pepper would be helpful in the kitchen! And a note that the door automatically locks, so keep key on you. Otherwise all good.

If they resolve hot water issues then it might be the best place in Taupo for the stay.

I liked this place a lot. However, we didn’t get hot water facility at all and without bath we had to left from this property. That’s was only concern. They should at least give us contact number for property in-charge. So that we can talk and would find out some solutions.

I liked the place from both inside and outside.
