The location was fantastic, and the kitchen was incredibly convenient. In terms of these aspects, everything was perfect.
While we appreciate the host's goodwill, the penthouse location of the apartment caused a significant issue with small insects. Tiny bugs were crawling all over the upstairs bedroom, including on our faces, bodies, and pillows. Even though they did not cause physical harm, it was highly distressing. We understand this can happen in houses with intensive woodwork, but the host failed to take prompt action after we provided video and photographic evidence. Instead of treating the matter with urgency, they prolonged the process by requesting further documentation. An immediate, same-day pest control treatment for the whole apartment was necessary. Consequently, our family, including the children, was forced to sleep crowded together downstairs
