Facilities not as per advertising and very unprofessional property owner.

N/A

Lift facility not provided as per apartment advertising. We were heavily relying on the lift facility to take our heavy luggages upstaires. But when we arrived there, lift was not working. When owner was contacted, she told lift not working is not her problem she cannot do anything. Even did not send any help for us. I was told she will follow up and get back to me but never came back to me on this matter and ignored all my phone calls not respond to my calls. Very unprofessional lady.

Nicely appointed property and great location.

Location. Proximity to old town without being right in the busy section. Bus and restaurants nearby. The Arena is very close as well.

Could have a rack or surface for the shower toiletries. Had to put things on the floor of the shower.

Espaço amplo, cozinha completa, banheiro espaçoso. Localização excelente, fácil acesso a tudo.
