El personal de la recepción fue muy atento. Me gustó que tuvieran un termo de agua caliente en la recepción. Las toallas estaban muy buenas y había agua caliente sin tener que esperar tanto. El hotel está cerca a la Plaza de Armas y cerca también al Mercado Central.
La luz de la habitación era muy débil. Yo pedí una lámpara extra porque sinceramente me costaba no tener que hacer esfuerzo. Si alguien va por trabajo remoto, tal vez la luz no ayude y el internet se cortaba por momentos. Yo estuve en el tercer piso. No hay elevador. No sé si sea así en todas las habitaciones, pero esa fue mi experiencia.

Funcionarios muito gentis, nosso onibus chegou antes e permitiram que ingressassemos no quarto sem nenhuma cobranca adicional, o que auxiliou muito no nosso descanso e conforto.
o banheiro era um pouco gelado e o chuveiro pequeno, como a cidade é bem fria, foi um pouco desconfortavel, mas foi tranquilo. A tv tbm era bem antiga, então para quem buscava descansar no hotel não tinha muito entreterimento.

Céntrico, no muy antiguo
El baño es reducido en anchura, la limpieza pudo ser mejor, encontré 02 curitas usadas en la habitación, una en la cama y otra en la mesa de noche

I felt ill due to the altitude and they allowed us to check in to our room early which was great.
The breakfast was great.
Mario in reception was excellent and resolved issues fast when he was working.
The noise was quite loud from outside and also other rooms having the tv turned up really loud late at night.
The 1st night there wasn’t any shower pressure and we had to wait 45mins for them to inspect our room and then turn the pressure on.
The included breakfast was great, however on the 2nd day only half of the menu was available.
The 3rd night was the same problem with no water pressure for the shower but this time also no hot water. After waiting over 2 hours and walking back and forth to reception as the telephone also didn’t work. They let us shower in another room. However we had a day tour all day and were very tired. Not being able to shower until 12am was disappointing.
