I didn't like that I paid for my room in February fully paid and the day I came I couldn't get in the room because they say they had issues with the room but I was never notified so I had to go elsewhere which took a minute to find because it was spring break very inconvenient for me and my party. I will never book through you all again

A Disaster and rip off..Definetly want my money back

We arrived at the premises at 10:30 PM from a 12 hour overseas flight.At the reception we were told that the apartment was not ready and they have a problem. They offered us another apartment at 2 blocks away at another building . We had no choice to accept it aince it was late in the evening and we were tired.

We were moved to Alice apartments .. As we entered the apartment the disgusting smell grossed all of us. It smelled like a doap house , heavily smoked maruajana stick everywhere. We have tried to ventilate air by opening up all the windows but then we were cold. As we settled in the apartments we realized The towels were dirty with stains and apartment were all dusted and not cleaned. The furniture was damaged , glass sofa table crooked and non of the TV’s was working and had no remote controls. I have messaged the property host to change the apartment and requested cleaning and clean towels but did not receive anything.
