We had a lovely stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again.
The condo is in a very convenient location. While it's not directly beachfront, it offers views of
the beach and overlooks the pool, which is located in the center of the complex. The beach is just
a short walk away. We also appreciated the layout of the building—each floor has a laundry
room directly across from the condo, with the elevator and trash chute nearby, while stairwells
are located on opposite ends of the building.
The condo itself is spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. We ended up
spending more time inside than expected due to several rainy beach days, so we really
appreciated having plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans,
utensils, and everything we needed to prepare meals. Publix, Starbucks, Dunkin’s donuts and other restaurants within a short drive, pretty much everything is on Tamiami trl. Also, recommend going to Rosy’s Ice cream shop, lovely owner and ice cream was great with a nice selection of flavors and they provide samples to all.
On our first day, one of the kids' bed box springs broke. We notified the property manager, and it
was replaced the very next day, which we greatly appreciated. There’s a cot, which one of the
kids used for the night and found it comfortable. There’s also an air mattress if needed. The only
suggestion I have for the condo itself would be adding a mattress pad to the king bed, as it was a
little firmer than my personal preference.
The area that fell short was the cleaning. There was noticeable dust along the baseboards and on
the ceiling fan in the balcony area. The bathrooms also needed more attention—there were
crumbs in the kids' bathroom and mold on the tile in the master bathroom. I ended up cleaning
the bathrooms myself. That said, I don't believe this is a reflection of the owner, as the property's
cleaning is handled by the management company.

We absolutely loved everything! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely love to come back next year!

Poucos passos da praia de Siesta Key, condomínio muito bom, piscina boa
Necessita de manutenção nas portas de armários da cozinha, microondas não estava funcionando (não reclamamos por manutenção também) , não ter equipamentos de praia disponível.
