We hebben de buren in het flatgebouw uit bed moeten bellen om binnen te komen. Dit ondanks mails aan Rentbeat over aankomsttijd en ontvangen toezeggingen. Ze waren onbereikbaar toen we voor een dichte deur stonden om middernacht. Dat was erg vervelend en stressvol en mijn vrouw heeft de eerste vakantiedag met migraine in bed gelegen.

Very spacious and beautiful apartment. It has high ceilings and is located in a lovely, green condominium complex. The interior is a very elegant mix of modern and antique styles. The central heating worked perfectly, so it was warm and cozy even when the weather was cool. There are two metro stations nearby that take you straight to the city center, and taxis are quite affordable.
What could be improved: it was a bit dusty under the beds, and we noticed that the circuit breaker would trip if the washing machine and water heater were running at the same time. We solved it by simply turning off the heater, but this is something that should be fixed or at least mentioned to guests in advance. Everything else was wonderful, thank you!

The apartment was just as pictured. It had everything we needed, the location was good, close to supermarket, subway, etc.
The only issue we had was getting in. We arrived on a Sunday evening, outside normal business hours. We were unable to open the file they had sent with the instructions for entering as well as the house manual. They were slow to respond to us, so we had to wait a bit in order to get in. Our other questions regarding the unit once we got in were answered first thing on Monday morning. Just be sure to review the instructions before arriving.
We would definitely stay again.
Bathroom was a little tight, but not a big problem.
