Άνετοι χώροι, άνετο κρεβάτι, λειτουργικότατο, αρκετά καθαρό, η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, κεντρικό σημείο προσβάσιμο
Δυσκολία με την ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας του νερού στο μπάνιο με περίεργους διακόπτες νερού, ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν είναι σίγουρα για ενήλικες, στο μπάνιο ο πάγκος του νιπτήρα έχει φουσκώσει, τα μαξιλάρια ύπνου θέλουν αλλαγή γιατί είχαν μια ελαφριά μυρωδιά, στο μπαλκόνι είναι μια εξωτερική μονάδα κλιματιστικού που είναι γεμάτη κουτσουλιές κ γενικά πρέπει κυκλοφορούν περιστέρια εκεί. Η γειτονιά γενικά ήρεμη από αμάξια αλλά έχει κάποιες ώρες περίεργο κόσμο και τα πεζοδρόμια μυρίζουν σαν ουρητήρια αλλά όχι σε σημείο που να μην αντέχεται.

Buena ubicación, al lado de la estación de tren de Termini, por si te quieres mover en tren, con muchos restaurantes y negocios. Además, caminando estas en el centro en menos de 20 minutos. El apto es tal cual las fotos, todo renovado, buen aire acondicionado y lo encontramos muy limpio. Para una familia de 4 personas que nos alejamos, fue perfecto.
Quiza, lo peor, es que es un poco oscuro, toda vez que la cocina-comedor y el baño dan a un patio interior. Pero bueno, no fue ningún problema para nosotros.

Clean facility, close to the station (but a bit far from the express train platform, close to the bus station)
1. coffee capsules were not enough, only 4 for 3 nights of 2 adults when we asked, asked to buy by ourself, first time in italy capsules were not kind of free flow.
2. toilette paper stock only has 1, and asked for the extra, however hesitated to provide more and never given. (finally it wen ok though)
3. body soap was empty and asked to refill, however no action taken.
4. many of plates / cups / pots were not well kept, full of the stain or powder of dish washer soap.
5. reaction from the owner by booking.com / whatsapp was not fast enough
6. AC is only in the dining room, so bed room was bit hot
