Plenty of space, good views, proximity to town and beaches.
Good restaurants in Omiš.
Quiet beaches.
Short transfer from Split airport.
Air conditioning.

Comfortable padded sun-beds.
Shade from the vines growing over the terrace.
Walking up the steep slope from the town, however this did mean the view was good from the property.
We received a few insect bites when sat on the terrace.
Not able to pay by credit card, payment was a combination of bank transfers and cash.
