Lovely small hotel. Staff were great and easy to communicate. Alex very helpful in booking local tickets and giving advice. No onsite restaurant but good breakfast buffet available next door in a hotel for $1-2USD. Rooms massive and well kept. Location is a quiet area but Didi is fast and cheap to the centre - 5 minutes away. Good family-friendly hotel. We had 5 nights in total around Zhangjiajie - could have done one extra, plenty to do and see!
Rooftop is underutilised.

Zum ersten Mal bei unserer Chinareise ein host mit flüssigem Englisch! Eine brandneu, sehr hochwertige ausgestattete Wohnung! Waschmaschine in unserer Wohnung! Pool am compound! Alles war einfach nur superschön und comfortabel.

TheZhangjiajie Utopia Hotel-New is licated near the old town, making it very convenient for shopping.
All the tourist attractions are in the immediate vicinity.
We choose a suite with 3 bedrooms for a couple with 2 children. The apartment was about 130m2 - very spacious for the 4 of us. Each bedroom has its own shower room with a separate toilet.
A lovely living room with a modern TV, along with a dining area featuring a large side-by-side refrigerator, a cooktop, and a washing machine complete this property.
Their manager, Alex, can do it all. He helped us plan and book all our exvursions.
Honestly, we would have really struggled without him. So, a huge THANK YOU to you sgain, Alex :)
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and thanks to the entire team, we were able to visit all the places we had planned.
I highly recommend this hotel :)

Wonderful Location with beautiful views. Very spacious and good cleaning. Alex the receptionist is a wonderful person who was there at all times to help in many matters also in booking excursions amd other important matters.
The pool was a community pool and a little walk but still a good and managed pool.
