Best hotel room ever - and we have seen many. The service of the staff is explicit. They go out of their way to arrange for anything you need.
In the middle of nowhere in the mountains which we loved having busy sightseeing days.
Nothing at all - would go back in a heartbeat!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, rooms are spacious and super comfy. Worth every penny.
It was my birthday on the day I arrived and the staff had arranged for balloons in the room as well as the biggest and tastiest cake, they also made me some traditional birthday noodles.
The staff are also very helpful, they arrange all tickets and plans for exploring.
You also get free drop off and pick up to east gate.
A little tip, don’t forget to pack/buy some fruit for the monkeys waiting at the bottom of the elevator and cable car entrance.
I would 100% return to Zen, I cannot say anything but nice things!!!
Nothing. It’s perfect

The suite was just beautifully appointed. It was a haven set in tranquil surroundings away from the busy streetscape of the main city. The staff were super helpful providing advice on how to enjoy the national park. The included transfers to and from the East gate was a bonus.
