The service was excellent - Scott was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lobby and eating areas were very nice and allowed us to relax and enjoy playing card games.
The breakfast options could have been better - especially for vegetarian meals.

L’albergo si presenta come una struttura in stile classico Cinese, molto ben curata, anche nei particolari.
Nello staff, fortunatamente, c’era Carol che parlava inglese (ci siamo scritti anche su whatsapp) e che ci ha supportato in ogni nostra richiesta. Ci ha prenotato il Grand Canyon, National forest e monte Tianmen, addirittura anticipando il pagamento e facendoci trovare i biglietti già pronti.
La camera era molto grande e anche la doccia era molto grande.
Complessivamente siamo soddisfatti del rapporto qualità-prezzo
La colazione era buona, ma esclusivamente cinese e salata. Non era presente nulla di internazionale.
Lo staff, eccetto Carol, non parlava nemmeno una parola di inglese.

The property is a lovely wooden construction building built in the traditional style. Its staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Location is ok and a 10 minute walk to the main amenities
The property is in need of refurbishment and repairs. Unfortunately the surrounding property is in poor condition and it looks unwelcoming.
The rooms though functional were not very clean
