Staff was excellent. Especially John. He speak English better than me 😎, it is not usual in Chinese hotels. He help us organize all our activities. Localization is perfect, near to all important places. Loundry and minibar is for free. Breakfast is west and Chinese. Strongly recomended.

This small hotel is located near the gates to Avatar mountains and is 5 min walk to the Main Street with many cafes, restaurants and shops - this was very convenient.
Our room was spacious and had a large bath, we had view of the mountains, the staff at reception were using special translating tool, so check in was smooth and they explained everything to us. They also helped organise the driver to take us to Furong town.
The bathroom area lacks privacy. The cabins for toilet and shower are separate and sink is in the hallways. There is no private area where you can change your clothes, dry yourself, etc. this was pretty annoying for us. There were insects on the bed, ceiling and in the bath.
There was kettle in the room with some cups and tea supplies so we made tea in the evening. The cups were not cleaned during room service and when we asked we got told that they don’t interfere with our stuff. That happened the next day too, so eventually I cleaned our cups in the sink myself. This is extremely strange to make guests clean their cups. Everything in the room needs to be cleaned during room service.
