The staff were the best. They were always smiling, they were friendly, accommodating and helped with laundry.
Breakfast opened early for those who had early excursions.
The room size was great and it is a good location for access to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Qixing Mountain via Ferrata and Great Wall.
The manager was lovely; he was the one who showed me to my room and gave me the hotel tour.
Free drop-off or pick-up to/from the airport.
No complaints at all.

The staff , everyone of them from driver to kitchen to reception to house keeping , they were all so friendly and helpful, special thanks to John who went out of his way to assist us. Really enjoyed our stay .

The best staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
We were already satisfied as we saw that the hotel matched the description; excellent location, great room quality and view.
But what makes it even better was the staff, from the luxury transfer from airport to hotel and the amazing support on park booking and itineraries…. It makes our stay in Wulingyuan even more special
Maybe more options in breakfast or Wi-Fi but I think it’s common in Chinese hotels
