Great location - walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Room was very spacious and comfortable.Staffs were able to speak English, so there isn’t communication barriers. they was super helpful and went the extra mile to help us with bus booking and other things.

Amazing location, The room was quite large and very clean. Front desk can speak English and were friendly and very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us.They are always ready to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible we needed.

The location of the Hotel was very good, in the main town with everything that you need close by. Breakfast was good enough. Rooms were very clean and new! The staff were very, very helpful,they helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages, ordering food etc.Best stay in zhangjiajie.
