Very close to east gate of Zhangjiajie and staff very helpful and friendly. There’s a foot massage place next door that gives the best foot massages
It’s a very budget hotel so it’s good for the price. But my dad cut his toe on the bed because the base had piece of wood exposed as it wasn’t wrapped. Shower did not drain. They did give us free snacks and a free drop off service to make up for it.

Es un Hotel cómodo y muy cercano al parque forestal de Zhangjiaje. Puede uno llegar tras una caminata de 10 minutos.
Cerca hay varios restaurantes. El personal del Hotel extraordinariamente amable.
Algunas de las habitaciones tienen olor a cigarro (de huéspedes).

Nice room with river view. Great location, good selection for breakfast. Very big comfy bed

The position is great, very close to the park’s east gate, 10 minutes walking distance.
Although they don’t speak nothing but mandarin, the staff is very polite and available for help.
The staff don’t speak English at all, you can interact with them only with translating app or similar device (please, consider that western visitors are a relevant proportion); they state the pool was open but it was half empty, actually; the gym, a ten squared meters in the hotel hall based on a couple of very old tools, was out of work because of technical issues to be fixed.
The room was quite dirty and dusty, with non-disposable slippers provided for the customers. Lastly, the hotel-breakfast is not ready before 8:30am but they give you the chance to access the breakfast from the hotel close to them.
