This is a great spot. It's pretty quaint, but the rooms are nice enough. Nice view of the river, although it is right on a night market street, so there is some chatter at night but nothing crazy. The staff is amazing, they are so attentive and spent over an hour helping to plan our itinerary and even buy tickets for the nature sights nearby. They also recommend places to eat nearby. Definitely recommend this hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — The Best Stay We Had in All of Zhangjiajie
If you’re coming to Wulingyuan, Leading Men Hotel is hands-down the place you want to stay. I’ve travelled all over China on this trip and no hotel came close to the kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality we experienced here.
From the moment we arrived, Ke and Mr. Wong treated us like family — not guests. They weren’t just helpful… they were invested in making sure we had the perfect Zhangjiajie experience. Every single day they went above and beyond:
• helping us plan our routes through the national park,
• explaining the best entrances depending on the weather,
• telling us exactly where to go to avoid the crowds,
• organising transport when needed,
• and even mapping out the timings so we could fit everything in without rushing.
And they do all of this with zero stress, zero upselling, just pure generosity and care. You can tell they genuinely love helping travellers.
The rooms themselves were spotless — genuinely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in China. Fresh smell, crisp sheets, tidy bathrooms, everything perfectly maintained. The whole hotel felt warm, calm, and incredibly well looked after.
The location is also unbeatable: close to the national park entrances, shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need. But honestly, what makes this place special are the people running it.
Ke and Mr. Wong you guys are the best!

Couldn't have been any better. The owner was brilliant with help for visiting the Forest and for booking other trips, and anything else we needed. Room was perfect, views and balcony were amazing, comfortable bed, everything was clean, and the free water available 24/7 was really useful.
