When I arrived at the hotel, I accidentally left my luggage in my ride and panicked, as I didn't have a local phone number to contact the driver. The front desk staff immediately stepped in, tracked down the driver, and successfully retrieved my bag within an hour. Beyond saving the day, their hospitality was top-notch—they went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for exploring Zhangjiajie and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

O nosso quarto seria outro, mas fizeram upgrade para um que tinha um cheiro forte que não sei bem dizer mas acho que era cigarro e sou alérgico. Acho que o o quarto era para fumantes Fiquei com receio de pedir a troca já que foram muitos gentis. Mas gostamos muito do atendimento e cordialidade do prop
