La lavanderia consiste in 2 lavatrici perennemente occupate e nessuna asciugatrice, per chi va a zhangjiajie per fare i parchi e non ha molto tempo a disposizione è praticamente inutilizzabile

The hotel is a classic Chinese-style building, meticulously maintained down to every tiny detail. Luckily, the hotel staff member Carol speaks English—we even messaged each other on WhatsApp—and was always ready to meet all our needs. She helped us book tickets for the Grand Canyon, the National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, even pre-paid for the tickets and had them fully prepared for us. The room is very spacious, and the shower area is generously sized. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the hotel's great value for money.

Location, close to the main streets of the city. The hotel design is in Chinese style, very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, with free access to washing and drying machines.The lobby and eating areas were very nice and allowed us to relax and enjoy playing card games.The staff reached out to us a week in advance and arranged discounted tickets for Zhangjiajie National Park. We had no idea advance booking was mandatory during peak season, so we were incredibly grateful for their thoughtful help.
