The location was perfect for visiting friends in Innerliethen who stayed a shortcut away. And only a short walk to the main street for shops and eateries. Although on a main road which did a have a little traffic I did not notice it. The apartment was stocked with lots of little extras (Biscuits and bread, orange juice, milk, a selection of flavoured teas and coffee bags). I forgot to tick the box for a pet, which are welcomed, but the owner said she normally does a little bag of dog treats and a toy. The best part was the correspondence. Juliet returned all of enquiries instantly and with a cheery smile. Nothing was to much.

Great location but be warned it is on the first floor. Comfy bed. Easy to park on street. Hosts very helpful.
Not clean enough for my liking. Single glazed bedroom window. Kitchen not as well equipped as I’d hoped. No slip mat for shower.

Quiet and comfortable. A beautiful location in a picturesque town. A nice amount of space to sprawl with a cute little desk to get work done. The hosts were very friendly to converse with and even brought by a desk fan for us. Thanks!
A couple of maintenance issues that couldn’t be fully fixed while we were there (fridge wasn’t cold enough and faucets were wobbly). The bed was a bit too soft / not supportive for our bodies, but I know that some people don’t mind that.

Kitchen was very well provisioned.
Access was by stairs. The bedroom was tiny and the double bed inadequate for a good night’s sleep.
