The room was exactly what we needed, they even left some croissants for us, which was a lovely detail.
The location is great, very close to the bus terminal. The walk to the fountains is very pretty as well.
The communication with the hotel was also fantastic. Very fast responses, and are quite helpful.
Cold/hot water was a bit unstable in the shower. But nothing major.
The sink in the bathroom is a bit high, so a step would have been very useful for those of us who trave with kids.
