La descrizione è decisamente fuorviante. Nella conferma si parla di appartamento con una camera, una cucina ed 1 divano … Si trattava invece di una camera con un letto matrimoniale appoggiato alla parete da un lato, quindi per salire bisognava arrampicarsi. Subito a lato del letto c’era pure un divano ed un tavolo. Per 4 persone decisamente invivibile, sacrificato negli spazi sia la camera che il bagno (sia abitativi che per il deposito degli abiti, l’armadio è minuscolo).
Nei servizi proposti c’era una scrivania (che invece non c’era), il patio (era in comune con il resto del building) e si parla di reception: durante tutto il periodo abbiamo trovato la persona solo una volta. Infatti, c’è un cartello con degli orari (tra l’altro non è neppure scritto in inglese!). Abbiamo anche scritto per chiedere supporto (la lavatrice era rotta) ma non ci ha risposto mai nessuno.
Lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Ci sono ma in un’area comune e a gettoni che per chi non ha la moneta locale è un problema. Tra l’altro la lavatrice non funzionava e quando abbiamo scritto al proprietario ci ha detto che è un servizio esterno e quindi non poteva farci niente.
Le forniture: in cucina scarsissime e la carta igienica fornita per 4 persone per 4 giorni consisteva in un rotolo iniziato ed uno aggiuntivo. Quando ci siamo lamentati ci è stato risposto che solitamente quando finisce la carta l’ospite se la va a comprare!
Ultima chicca: quando ci siamo lamentati della dimensione della stanza il proprietario ci ha detto che eravamo liberi di prenotare altrove già dalla sera stessa e che ci avrebbe riconosciuto un rimborso. Incredibile. Dove potevamo trovare un’alternativa per la sera stessa e per i giorni seguenti? Fossimo stati in 2 ma siamo una famiglia di 4 persone.
Insomma, tutto quello che viene offerto non è proprio come viene effettivamente fornito, basti pensare che non è specificato se relativo ad area comune e a pagamento. Lo trovo vergognoso. Sconsigliatissimo!
