Will return but details are slipping.

The position is excellent.

No hair drier, no full length mirror and even when a pathetic hairdryer was delivered to my room, it kept cutting out. Each apartment needs a mirror close to a plug. Please remove old pieces of soap from the shower.

A shame

Personally, we were not at all satisfied with this accommodation, which is why I do not recommend this option. We booked two stays—one during one week and the second the following week. On the first night, they moved us to a different location because they had given the Vantage to other guests, and that other place left a lot to be desired, with no towels and no decent kitchen. The second stay was indeed at the Vantage after last week's anger, and truth be told, it is a well-equipped and well-located apartment. As for the host, she seemed quite indifferent to me; she only replied immediately to messages that interested her or were urgent for her. In summary, terrible service and attention from the host despite the potential the place has.

I was terribly disappointed by my experience and have nothing positive to share.

I booked this property because of its location and how convenient and safe it is because I have stayed at The Vantage before. Unfortunately, upon trying to check in The Vantage did not have my booking on their records. When I contacted the host, she then mentioned that the apartment I was booked in was under maintenance, which The Vantage could not verify. The host then proceeded to transfer me to The Apex which is a drive away and not necessarily convenient or safe to walk to and from Rosebank Mall. The apartment we were then placed in at The Apex was dirty and not well maintained with worn out couches and old and saggy beds. The linen was stained and torn. The apartment complex was loud throughout the night. We only ended up staying through the night because we weren't able to find alternative accommodation at such last minute.

The area and staff were nice

It was very dirty . No clean sheets , the towels were wet . The water was lukewarm, there was hair on the blankets . The heaters were not working. The sink has rust
