Right in the middle of downtown . Easy accessible . Could fold the 2 hours free parking right in front of accomodation
There is no after hours contact. It became hard for us as we had to check in late & check out early in the morning there was no call support after hours too.

The pool, location and the overall room was acceptable. The three pillows were too thin and the mattress was not firm enough for us.
The gruff demeanour of the woman in response to our inquiry about not being able to connect to the internet, and when we asked a question about the Kuranda rail tour was rude. She couldn't be done with us fast enough. Not very courteous in response to our queries.
