Our room was to sleep four. It was like an apartment with a kitchenette area with all the facilities. The communal area was spotless & an array of continental breakfast choice. Very good value for money.

The breakfast was lovely, but the bed was a little soft but comfortable enough.

Location was great, it was clean, breakfast selection was ok for the price
On arrival the front garden was very dark and very untidy, our room was freezing and no way on instructions on how to turn it on, I was extremely cold the whole night. The towel in the shared bathroom
looked like it had been washed in bleach and was very stained. Got multiple messages before arriving with a lot of contradiction’s so mixed messages made it very confusion
