The good:
- The apartment felt neat, high-quality, well-equipped with useful amenities, and we had 0 issues with utilities.
- We were able to flexibly check-in relatively late in the evening by just picking up the key, and then paying in person the next day.
- The location is very central and close to public transportation.
- The price felt fair, especially compared to similar options in the area.
As we head into the "not-so-good" category, we would like to emphasize that despite the length, these are all very minor and nitpicky points, but we thought we should mention them for the sake of improvement:
- When we arrived we couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV, and thought that it was not working.
- Additionally, when we looked for the extra blankets and pillows, before we found the intended supplies in one of the closets (which were great), we first found some blankets inside the living room sofa which were dirty and smelled bad. Thankfully we didn't have to use them, but the surprise was still unpleasant.
- In some moments, communication with the apartment owner left a bit to be desired. E.g., we scheduled to meet on the second day so we could pay them and also so they could check the TV, but they did not show up at the scheduled time and did not provide an update until a couple of ho later, which limited our plans for both that day and the next one. When they arrived the next day, it turned out that the TV was simply unplugged, and they did not remember that. Another example is that before confirming the booking, we asked if it would be possible to have a flexible late check-out on the last day, and they responded that it should not be a problem. Only in the evening before the day of check-out, we got an update that we had to leave by 11AM because a new guest was going to check-in at 3PM that same day. Unfortunately, it negatively impacted our plans, and if we had known in advance that we shouldn't count on a flexible late check-out, we could have made a more informed decision in choosing a booking.
- Finally, the available towels felt insufficient for two people, but at least the issue could be mitigated by the presence of both a washing machine and a dryer (which were great).

Even though the outside was old, the apartment was very modern and recently renovated. Good location, close to everything. The host was wonderful. Would recommend.

Izredna lokacija, stanovanje čisto in dobro opremljeno, tudi kuhinja. Glede na zunanji izgled stavbe, te urejenost stanovanja prijetno preseneti.
Opcija, dobro bi bilo, da se montirajo komarniki.
