A really good option for a family. Big space, separate lounge area, good facilities, very clean, with a terrific location. A quiet set of streets only a 10 minute walk to Namba station.
The check in and door opening process was a bit of a faff. The app and door tablet were a bit clunky and in the end I needed to phone the operators to get the access codes sent. But in the big picture, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was excellent. The snacks were very good. Staff was friendly.
Ventilation is lacking in the washroom. The air conditioning controls are not always responsive.

Spacious, clean, and bright apartment that was perfect for a family of three. within walking distance of the train stations. We found everything we needed in the flat. Highly recommended.

A little further away from the sights and transportation but not too bad of a walk k.
