The location was great, away from the hustle of touristy areas. We enjoyed the extra space after staying in hotels for the past 5 weeks and the opportunity to cook simple meals for ourselves
While we loved the sense of being in an area where people live, go to work etc. we did sometimes find it quite noisy at night if we had windows open. Our choice to have had the windows open though, air conditioning was available

Schöne zentrale Lage und hat soweit alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Es war sauber, Check in und Check out waren super unkompliziert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet.
Es ist trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut gewesen! Das W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geprüft oder repariert. W-lan ist nicht alles, allerdings hatte man in der Wohnung teilweise keinen Empfang und das war dann schon doof, gerade wenn man den nächsten Tag planen wollte. Die Parkplatz Situation ist auch nicht so pralle.

The apartment was nice in its layout. The materials and general construction was beautiful. Living spaces are comfortable and well divided.
The bathroom, and kitchen was functional and well equipped.
Air conditioning and general temperature during the heat wave was good.
Beds and bedrooms were restful.
They said there was internet in the ad but there wasn't. This was a criteria we had when booking our stay. They said they would reimburse us for this but they didn't.
The TV was not a smart TV but there were a lot of Italian only channels.
There was incorrect information about how to dispose of garbage. In Florence, bins are locked and residents have access codes. We didn't have any code provided to us and we were told to go and find where publicly open bins were in the city without actually being told where they were from the staff.
In general, the bedrooms were slightly noisy. We can hear every noise from the street and late night party goers, and traffic. Windows being old and thin and not closing air tight. But overall it was ok since traffic is very minimal at night on this street.
