Una experiencia para olvidar, no se puede dormir por culpa de las olas chocando contra la casa

Lamentablemente no hubo nada positivo a destacar de nuestra estancia. Las vistas del apartamento son preciosas, pero el ruido de las olas chocando contra los cimientos de la casa hace insoportable estar en ella, y sobre todo dormir.

Desgraciadamente una experiencia para olvidar. Llegamos hacia las 21:00 h y nos encontramos con un apartamento gestionado por Welcome Tenerife que no se correspondió al precio de lujo que pagamos, 3.180€ por 8 noches. Lo más grave fue que no pudimos pegar ojo en toda la noche porque, cuando sube la marea, las olas chocan contra los cimientos de la casa y retumba en todo el edificio (incluidas las puertas). Lo comunicamos así a la inmobiliaria y se limitaron a decir que era la primera vez que los clientes se quejaban de este ruido atronador, que la inmobiliaria estaba cerrada todo el fin de semana pero que podíamos ponernos en contacto con Booking si lo creíamos necesario. Así que llamamos a Booking, el único número de atención al cliente responde sólo en inglés, pero para nosotros no fue un problema. En Booking se nos pidió de ponernos en contacto con la inmobiliaria, les dijimos que ya lo habíamos hecho pero que se negaron a hablar de la situación. Con todo volvimos a llamar y se negó de nuevo a hablar de nada si no era con Booking. A la hora se pusieron en contacto con nosotros por WhatsApp para decirnos que Booking les propuso que pagáramos 2 noches y un servicio de limpieza y marcháramos ese mismo día a las 18:00h . Así que esas 22 horas de estancia en ese apartamento nos costaron 935€. Por si fuera poco, al hacer la reserva pagamos 180€ por servicio de limpieza extra. Adjuntamos fotos que ilustran lo que nos encontramos (cucaracha en el baño de la planta baja, ventanas sucias en los dormitorios y limpieza en general superficial). Qué lástima que la inmobiliaria, con quien no tuvimos contacto más que por WhatsApp, lo negara todo y fueran incapaces de ofrecernos cualquier alternativa.
