Very helpful hosts, apartment was very cute and great location!

The bathroom was a little small, but everything else made up for it!

Comfortable and cozy stay in the heart of Lisbon

Cozy old town area. Clean and brand new apartment. Had everything I needed. Easy to find and check in. Was no problem with leaving my luggage in the room before the check in.

Perfect place for a couple right in Alfama!

Fantastic location in Alfama. Perfect for couple city-break. A small space but very well laid out with everything we needed - even a little dishwasher! Lots of great places to eat & drink nearby and one street away from the famous 28 tram. We loved winding cobbled streets of Alfama and was our favourite part of Lisbon. Probably not a good idea if you have any mobility issues.

Nothing!

Seemed too good to be true - and it was…

- Nice looking apartment. - close to everything you will need in Lisbon!

- shower is way too small and water leaks to the floor - the floor hadn’t been mopped, our white socks were brown just by walking in the apartment - wifi password was way too obvious and a security risk - the apartment gets very hot in the summertime, and there is only a fan on the roof but no AC, which is normal in Europe but still a factor to consider. - there was a roach as big as my thumb that came from the bathroom, and the situation was handled very poorly by the hosts. They didn’t answer my messages after the first message, just said it was strange and to put it outside. Then the cleaning lady broke in unannounced while we were away to put in a roach repellant machine (we were told later on when I asked), she moved things around and took the coffee table away completely. At any point they did not inform us that they had been in the apartment and really scared us when we realized it ourselves. Because of the roach, we had to take extra precautions to make sure no more roaches came in or into our beds at night, so the whole ordeal was giving us gray hairs and making our stay very stressful. - And lastly no ”hope you enjoyed your stay” message or any farewell.
