Location.
Upon arrival, elevators were out of service, and using the stairs to go to 4th floor and back down multiple times with luggage was not fun. And later one elevator was cleared to be used, and waiting for one elevator took forever. Also, regarding breakfast, some varieties seem to be first come first served. If you come down for breakfast close to 9, you won’t have that many options.

Location and the friendliest staff. Clean and beds were comfortable. Cookies were very good. Breakfast was sufficient.
